Our storefront location is by appointment only because we may be out on delivery. If your travel plans change, please contact us via phone as soon as possible to reschedule. Our delivery windows are from 8:30-9:30am and 4:30-5:30pm. Our storefront location offers pickup from 10am-4pm daily. We are closed on Tuesdays, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Yes! Our scooters break down into smaller, manageable pieces that can be put into the trunk of most cars and SUVs. Our wheelchairs collapse and fit into most trunks too. Give us a call if you want to discuss your vehicle and our options.

Most scooters will last a full day of use on a single charge. All batteries should be charged fully overnight to ensure you Never Miss a Moment of the next day's fun.

Absolutely. We carry specialized Heavy-Duty Bariatric Scooters with a weight capacity of up to 400 lbs, and Heavy-Duty Manual Wheelchairs that support up to 500 lbs. We believe everyone should have the freedom to explore the Wisconsin Dells comfortably.

We take pride in our fleet. Every unit undergoes a multi-point safety check and a thorough sanitization process between every rental. You are getting a clean, reliable, and modern piece of equipment.

We are local! Unlike national companies that ship units in, we are right here in Lake Delton. If you experience any issues, we keep a backup unit ready to swap out so your vacation doesn't skip a beat.

You can use the scooter to navigate the resort hallways, elevators, and the dry common areas of the waterpark (such as the seating areas, snack bars, and arcades). However, for safety and equipment health, scooters cannot be driven into the water, onto splash pads, or through "zero-depth" entry pools. While our scooters are rugged and can handle a light sprinkle while moving between resort buildings, they are not waterproof. They should never be left outside in a heavy downpour or driven through standing water/puddles inside the waterpark. If the seat or tiller gets splashed, simply wipe it down with a dry towel. If the electronics (the dashboard) become submerged or heavily soaked, turn the unit off immediately and contact our Lake Delton office for assistance. Please remember that waterpark floors can be slippery. When driving near pool exits, please reduce your speed and watch for pedestrians who may be wet and hurried.

We understand plans change. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your pick-up time for a full refund. If less than 24 hours is provided, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.

We are located at 101 Progressive Dr., Lake Delton, WI. If you are using GPS to find us, you may see our town name listed as Baraboo instead of Lake Delton. We are just minutes away from major resorts like The Wilderness, Kalahari, and Great Wolf Lodge.

Yes! We offer an optional "Dells Protection" Damage Waiver at checkout that covers common issues like accidental scuffs or flat tires, so you can ride with peace of mind.
